The Corner Bakery Courthouse started life as a small neighborhood bakery on a corner in downtown Chicago, where they created artisan breads and freshly baked sweets. As their success grew, customers began asking for sandwiches made from their amazing bread – and they happily obliged, followed by homemade soups, salads, and made-to-order scramblers. The business and the menu grew in due course.
Today they continue to fulfil the needs and tastes of the neighborhood, with a menu full of made-to-order food prepared using the freshest ingredients and in keeping with the traditions and tools they started with so long ago – a panini grill, open flame stove, and over 40 types of fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables.
